In 1995, he co-founded a NEMT/EMS company that has grown into one of the largest providers in Pennsylvania, employing over 200 people with a fleet exceeding 130 vehicles.

As the CEO of R4H Medical Transportation in Indiana County, PA, she has rapidly expanded the business, growing it to a fleet of 40 vehicles and over 80 employees in just three years.
